By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, or engaging Action Asphalt Paving Solutions (“Action Asphalt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for paving, grading, sealing, striping, or repair work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. About Us
Action Asphalt Paving Solutions is a family-owned, licensed and insured asphalt paving contractor based in Vacaville, California, serving Solano, Yolo, Contra Costa, and Napa Counties. We provide asphalt paving, commercial and residential grading and site prep, asphalt sealing, parking-lot striping and ADA compliance, and pothole and crack repair.
3. Services and Estimates
Submitting a contact form, calling us, or discussing a project does not create a binding contract. All estimates are free and non-binding until we provide a written proposal that you accept in writing or by signature. Pricing depends on site conditions, square footage, materials, access, and scope, and is confirmed only after an on-site assessment.
4. Appointments & Scheduling
We schedule estimates and work by appointment. Paving and sealing are weather-dependent; we may reschedule for rain, temperature, or moisture conditions that would compromise quality. We will give you as much notice as practical when weather affects your scheduled work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your written proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept the payment methods listed in your proposal. Late balances may be subject to the remedies described in your contract and under California law.
6. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope — additional area, unforeseen sub-base conditions, added materials, or extra services — will be documented in a written change order with adjusted pricing before that work proceeds.
7. Permits & Compliance
Some projects require permits or must meet local, ADA, or stormwater requirements. We will advise you when a permit is typically required; responsibility for obtaining and paying for permits is allocated in your written proposal. Work is performed to applicable codes and industry standards.
8. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty, its length, and what it covers are stated in your written proposal or contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials (where applicable) are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer.
9. Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage from normal wear, settlement or movement of underlying soil outside our control, water intrusion or drainage issues not part of our scope, heavy or improper loads, chemical or fuel spills, third-party work, lack of recommended maintenance (such as periodic sealing), or acts of nature. Asphalt naturally lightens, can develop minor hairline cracking, and requires maintenance over time; this is normal and not a defect.
10. California Mechanics Lien Rights
Under California law, contractors and material suppliers who are not paid for work or materials furnished to improve your property may have the right to record a mechanics lien against that property. We comply with California's preliminary notice and lien statutes. Paying for completed work as agreed protects your property from liens related to our work.
11. Insurance & Liability
Action Asphalt carries liability insurance and, where required, workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request. We are responsible for our own work performed under contract; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for work performed by others.
12. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems. Automated submissions and form abuse are prohibited and may be blocked.
13. Intellectual Property
All photos shown on this site depict actual work performed by Action Asphalt for our customers and are used with permission. The site design, text, graphics, and logo are the property of Action Asphalt Paving Solutions and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. For website use, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Action Asphalt. For services, your signed proposal or contract controls and supersedes these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
