Esparto is a small ag community at the entrance to Capay Valley, west of Woodland. Most of our work here is the larger residential parcels along Yolo Avenue and County Road 87, driveway access to the ranchettes spreading northwest, and occasional commercial work for the small downtown businesses.

Highways serving Esparto: Hwy 16, I-505 (east), County Road 87. Local landmarks we work near: downtown Yolo Avenue, Cache Creek Casino (just up the road), the Capay Valley wine corridor, the Esparto Community Park.

Slightly cooler than Davis — the valley funnels Berryessa winds in winter and cools the evenings in summer. Standard Yolo wet-winter / dry-summer cycle applies.
